The Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises participated in the conference held at the Babylon Hotel on Monday 9/16/2024, regarding the Al-Mashreq Project for the Economic Empowerment of Women in Iraq.
Which was held under the auspices of the Iraqi government in cooperation with the World Bank in Iraq and with the wide participation of institutions, ministries and government agencies in addition to the National Department of Iraqi Women in the General Secretariat of the Iraqi Council of Ministers.
The program provided specialized training programs in managing small and medium enterprises in a professional and distinguished manner, and assisted women in their leadership role in the private sector and their better participation in commercial and social businesses. The program was supported by the governments of Canada and Norway for the economic empowerment of women in Iraq.
