Job Brief

The loan officer works directly with clients in the field to promote loans, and determine the creditworthiness of the customer, completing loan applications, And conduct follow-up to clients and manage the workflow of loans.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Advertising and promotion of the company’s program.
  • Managing loan applications and approval process within the specified area.
  • Complete the loan application at the applicant’s and sponsor’s website.
  • Conduct the necessary assessment for business and business owners/homeowners.
  • Ensure prompt submission of application documents and loan disbursement and repayment.
  • Provide periodic information on the portfolio.
  • Liaise with clients and guarantors regarding loan approval/rejection, and additional information requested regarding pending orders, to disburse the loan.

Qualifications and requirements

  • He must have a high school diploma, preferably a bachelor’s degree.
  • Has the ability to work independently.
  • Have a strong knowledge of the local community
  • Should have knowledge of mathematics.
  • Be prepared for field work.
    • Main responsibilities
    • Follow up and visit clients for the purposes of collecting overdue loan payments.
    • Making settlements with clients and reaching a solution.
    • Recording cases in courts, attending hearings, and implementing cases
    • Follow up the progress of cases closely through permanent communication with the court registries, Collection of the sums paid in court
    • Preparing reports on the work of the branch attorney.
    • Representing the company in all government agencies.
