ICFSME is honored to provide you with the highest levels of service and ensure your satisfaction and approval at all times.
If at any time you feel dissatisfied, please inform the customer service staff at the company’s branches or direct supervisors, as they will do everything in their power to deal with any problems within a reasonable period of time.
In cases where you are not entirely satisfied with the responses from employees or supervisors, please follow up by contacting the company's complaints unit. A specialized team will reach out to you to confirm receipt of the complaint and all required documents within five working days from the date of receipt. They are committed to responding, including any corrective actions, within a period not exceeding 10 working days. Please note that in all cases, the total time for resolving the complaint should not exceed 30 working days. You will be contacted if the complaint/feedback requires a longer period for resolution.
