The Audit and Supervision Committee held its periodic meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the headquarters of the Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Projects. The meeting was attended by representatives of the contributing banks:
From Ashur Bank, Middle East Bank, Sumer Bank, and Gulf Bank.
During the meeting, the direct lending services from the company's financing programs and its approved direct lending mechanisms were reviewed. The financial statements, including the company's final accounts up to December 31, 2024, were also discussed.
It was agreed to follow up on the implementation of certain recommendations and to present them to senior management and the general assembly for making the necessary final decisions.
