They were trained by the International Labor Organization within intensive and professional workshops of innovation, learning and cooperation to develop green ideas and reflect them on their business models, with technical support by specialized trainers. To manage and develop their business in a better way that serves society and the environment. This event was characterized by an atmosphere of positive interaction among the participants, which gave them the opportunity to exchange experiences and innovative ideas in the field of green business.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/icfsme.iq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/ilo-1-1024x714.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12313\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>This camp lasted for three days, and at the end of it, a group of participants was selected to be given rewards, financial grants, and prizes provided by the Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises (ICF). And other joint stock companies.
