The Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises Ltd. was established under the law of the Ministry of Commerce \/ Companies Registration Department, according to the certificate of incorporation numbered M \/ 2-72015, dated May 18, 2009.<\/p>

The Iraqi Finance Company is a company subject to the control and supervision of the Central Bank of Iraq in accordance with the license issued to it by the Central Bank under No. (9\/3\/3359) for the year 2011.
